Required Skills & Qualifications
Generate leads and connect with potential clients
Coordinate with the BDM and support vendor and client management
Assist in IT Staff Augmentation and project coordination.
Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Excellent communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow
Basic knowledge of IT Services, IT Staffing, Project coordination.

Positive to Have
Exposure to lead generation or sales activities.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools.
Understanding of IT Staff Augmentation and recruitment processes.
Internship or experience in Project coordination, Sales, Recruitment.
Confidence in client communication, email outreach, and follow-ups.
Solid negotiation and presentation skills
