About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in US IT Staffing to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding — for various technical positions across different client requirements in the US market.

Key Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, and networking.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client-specific requirements.
Thoroughly analyze client job requirements to understand skill sets, must-haves, and nice-to-haves before initiating the sourcing process.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' communication skills, technical fit, availability, and rate expectations.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients/implementation partners.
Negotiate rates and close candidates in a timely and skilled manner.




Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Stay up to date with US tax terms and work authorization types, including W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), and 1099.
Work closely with account managers/business development team to understand client needs and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).
Proven experience in US IT Staffing / Technical Recruitment.
Solid understanding of US tax terms — W2, C2C, 1099 — and visa/work authorization categories (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT, etc.).
Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, Boolean search, and social platforms.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Good negotiation and rate management skills.
Experience working with ATS/CRM tools is a plus.
