Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
Generate recent leads through telecalling and follow up on assigned leads.
Explain products, services, offers and promotions to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into business opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers.
Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
Update customer details, call records and follow-up status in CRM/system.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly call and lead reports.
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with the Aftersales/operations team for effective lead closure.
Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
