NKey Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs and concepts for interior spaces, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with building codes. N
Collaborate with interior designers, clients, and contractors to create detailed project plans. N
Prepare architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop. N
Assess site conditions,conduct feasibility studies, and provide design solutions. N
Coordinate with engineers, and consultants to integrate structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) requirements. N




Ensure timely project execution by supervising construction and installation processes. N
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices. N
Lead architectural design and planning for commercial high-rise buildings and corporate interior projects. N
Review and approve detailed working drawings, layouts, BOQs, and specifications. N

nRequirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. N
10+ years of experiencein architectural design, preferably in interior commercial projects. N
Proficiency in AutoCAD,Revit, Bim, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite. N
Robust understanding ofmaterials, finishes, and space planning. N
Excellent communicationand project management skills. N
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards. N
