Job Description – Sales Executive / Career Immigration Consultant n

n Key Responsibilities

n

n
Counsel prospective clients regarding career immigration opportunities, including CANADA, AUSTRAILA Permanent Residency (PR), GOC skilled migration programs.
n
Handle inbound and outbound leads, understand client requirements, and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
n
Conduct detailed eligibility assessments based on immigration program criteria.
n
Achieve monthly sales targets through effective consultation and conversion of leads.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients throughout the sales process.
n
Follow up consistently with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM.
n
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, documentation, and sales updates in the CRM.
n
Coordinate with documentation and processing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
n
Stay updated with immigration policies, visa programs, and market trends.
n
Participate in marketing events, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities to generate new business opportunities.
n

Required Skills nn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of Hindi and Telugu is an advantage.
n




Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
n
Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
n
Good presentation and customer relationship management skills.
n
Ability to work independently as well as in a team workplace.
n
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
n

Preferred Qualifications nn
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
n
Prior experience in Career Immigration, Overseas Education, Visa Consulting, BFSI, Real Estate, or other consultative sales is preferred.
n
Freshers with excellent communication and robust sales aptitude may also be considered.
