Key Responsibilities
Even 10th pass can apply.
Make outbound/inbound calls to customers as per business requirements.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about products/services.
Generate leads and convert prospects through effective communication.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales and calling targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.




Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
Coordinate with the internal team for lead conversion and customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center, telecalling, telesales, or inside sales role.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Energetic, confident and customer-focused personality.
Willingness to work 6 days a week with a rotational weekly off.
Comfortable working in day rotational shifts.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Interview Process: Total 3 Rounds.

Other 2 Face to Face.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
