Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Introduce and explain company products/services to customers.
Generate leads and identify potential sales prospects.
Follow up with customers through phone calls and messages.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Handle customer questions, objections, and basic complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
Provide regular reports on call activity and lead status.

Requirements
Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of English and/or Malayalam/Hindi as required.
Previous telemarketing, telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
