Job Responsibilities
Provide technical support and assistance to customers.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle customer queries through voice/chat/email as required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team.

Requirements
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Positive problem-solving ability.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Freshers with relevant technical qualifications can apply.
