About the Role

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Ticketing Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling flight reservations, ticketing, changes, cancellations, and customer enquiries while ensuring a high level of service and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Handle flight booking and ticketing requests through phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers.
Search and provide suitable flight options based on customers’ requirements and budgets.
Make new flight reservations and issue air tickets accurately.
Handle ticket changes, re-issuance, cancellations, refunds, and date changes.
Provide customers with accurate information regarding fares, baggage allowances, visa requirements, and airline policies.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to confirm bookings.
Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and travel suppliers when required.
Ensure all ticketing transactions are completed accurately and on time.
Meet individual and team sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service before and after ticket issuance.
Stay updated with airline schedules, fares, promotions, and travel regulations.





Requirements
Previous experience as a Ticketing Agent, Airline Ticketing Executive, Travel Consultant, or similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of airline reservation and ticketing systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or Travelport is an advantage.
Valuable knowledge of international and domestic flight routes and fares.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple bookings and enquiries efficiently.
Valuable computer skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
