We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Executive with solid knowledge of Galileo and Amadeus GDS to handle domestic and international flight reservations, ticket issuance, cancellations, reissues, refunds, and amendments.

The candidate should be well-versed in GDS operations and have practical experience in handling airline bookings and fare rules.

Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight reservations using Galileo and Amadeus GDS.
Check flight availability, schedules, fares, and applicable fare rules.
Create and manage PNRs accurately.
Issue air tickets through Galileo, Amadeus, and relevant airline portals.
Handle ticket reissue, refund, cancellation and date change requests.
Check fare conditions, penalties, baggage allowance, and refund rules before processing.
Handle ticketing-related queries and provide timely resolutions.
Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal operations teams.
Ensure accuracy of passenger names, travel dates, sectors, fare details, and ticket information.
Manage urgent and last-minute booking or ticketing requirements.
Maintain proper records of all bookings, ticketing transactions, refunds, and cancellations.
Coordinate with the Accounts team for payment, refund, and ticketing reconciliation.
Follow airline policies,



GDS procedures, and company SOPs.
Minimize ticketing errors and ensure all transactions are processed accurately.

Required Skills & Knowledge
Mandatory hands-on experience in Galileo and Amadeus GDS.
Positive knowledge of domestic and international air ticketing.
Strong understanding of:

Ticket Issuance
Reissue & Revalidation
Refund & Cancellation
Fare Rules
Baggage Allowance
Flight Availability & Schedule
Good knowledge of airline portals will be an added advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent ticketing requirements.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience in airline ticketing/travel operations.
Candidates with hands-on experience in both Galileo and Amadeus will be preferred.
Experience in a travel agency or travel company will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
