Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Sunday Fixed Weekly Off

Key Responsibilities
Handle customers through telecalling and provide product-related assistance.
Take and collect medicine/product orders from customers.
Coordinate with retailers and distributors for order processing and follow-up.
Promote and sell Iberia pharma medicines/products.
Follow up with existing customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and maximize incentive earnings.
Maintain qualified customer communication and service standards.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 6 months of telesales experience.
Education & Eligibility: HS Pass / 12th Pass
Language Proficiency:



Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory.
Skills: Valuable communication, convincing, customer-handling, follow-up, and sales skills.
Location Preference: Candidates residing within 15 km of the Baruipur office will be given first preference.
Availability: Interview on Tuesday.
