Job Description:
This is core FP&A; & Reporting role responsible for business performance monitoring, management reporting. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, solid financial controls, and meaningful business insights.

Reports To - CFO
Prepare and monitor weekly, fortnightly, and monthly business control reports.
Track actual performance vs budget/forecast and highlight key variances.
Develop MIS dashboards to provide actionable insights to management.
Drive continuous improvement and automation in reporting processes.
Support quarterly and annual financial closures in coordination with the accounting team.
Prepare board-level materials, including:
Audit Committee Meeting (ACM) decks
Ensure accuracy, timeliness,



and consistency of financial data presented to leadership.
Manage the company’s insurance portfolio, including renewals and coverage optimization.
Handle insurance claims process, ensuring timely submission and closure.
Identify financial and operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Lead and coordinate credit rating exercises with agencies.
Prepare required data packs and ensure timely submissions.
Act as a point of contact for external financial stakeholders
Conduct competitive benchmarking and industry analysis.

Track competitor performance, market trends, and strategic developments.
Provide insights to support business planning and strategic decisions
