A telecaller connects with prospective and existing customers over the phone to generate leads, promote products, and resolve inquiries.

Key ResponsibilitiesMake Outbound Calls:

Reach out to potential leads using predefined scripts to introduce company offerings.Handle Inbound Calls: Answer customer questions, address complaints, and provide accurate product information.Qualify Leads: Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs and pass qualified prospects to the sales team.Update Records: Document customer feedback, call outcomes, and contact details accurately in the company CRM software.Meet Targets: Achieve daily or weekly quotas for call volume, lead generation, or sales conversion.

Requirements & SkillsEducation:





High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced roles).Communication: Excellent verbal communication, active listening skills, and a explicit speaking voice.Resilience: Cool-tempered with a positive attitude to handle rejection and stress professionally.Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour
