Job DescriptionResponsible for dispensing best-in-class optical products at the location and coordinating with the store manager and fellow optometrists/team members to achieve consistently high customer service and meet store targets.

Understanding customer needs and queries about products, prices, and services N
Advising customers on product ranges best suited to their needs N
Achieving the sales target and focus on increasing sales by using advanced sales techniques N
Maintaining customer relationships in order to build long long-term loyalty N
Handling recent launches, promotion of products, visual merchandise, etc. N
nQualifications
nBachelor's / Diploma degree in Optometry
NExcellent verbal communication skills
NComputer savvy (includingbasic Microsoft excel)
NExcellent customer service skills, leadership skills, team building, etc.
