Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a delivery team, fostering a team-oriented, high-performing, and accountable team culture.
Provide day-to-day technical guidance and remove impediments to ensure the team meets sprint commitments and project milestones.
Coordinate workload distribution, prioritization, and resource planning across team members.
Serve as a primary point of escalation for team-level technical and operational issues.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Program Managers, and other stakeholders to align team delivery with program objectives.
Conduct regular one-on-ones, team standups, and retrospectives to monitor team health and drive continuous improvement.
Support quality standards, code review practices, and adherence to engineering best practices.
Report on team progress, risks, and delivery metrics to program leadership.

Qualifications
Robust background in IT delivery, software engineering, or technical operations.
Demonstrated leadership ability with experience guiding technical teams.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery management tools.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to mentor and develop team members
