We are hiring an experienced Tendering Engineer for reputed EPC Company

Key Responsibilities
Prepare technical and commercial tenders for substation projects.
Study and analyze RFQs, tender documents, specifications, BOQ and client requirements.
Prepare cost estimates, BOQ, material take-off and pricing for AIS/GIS substations.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Projects and Commercial teams for tender preparation.
Prepare technical compliance statements, deviations and clarifications.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors/subcontractors.
Prepare price comparison statements and finalize competitive rates.
Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals within tender deadlines.
Analyze project scope, specifications, drawings and contractual requirements.




Participate in pre-bid meetings and client/vendor discussions.
Maintain tender documentation and ensure compliance with client specifications and applicable standards

Requirements
5–10 Years in Tendering / Estimation for Substation Projects
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- AIS / GIS Substation Projects
33kV / 66kV / 132kV / 220kV / 400kV substations
EPC / Power Transmission projects
BOQ, costing and material estimation
Technical & commercial bid preparation
