Hittok Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, polite, and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer calls, provide information about company products and services, generate leads, and maintain valuable customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.
Explain company products, services, offers, and promotional schemes to customers.
Generate and follow up on sales leads through phone calls.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer information.
Update customer details and call status in the company's CRM or database.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.
Conduct customer feedback calls and maintain valuable customer relationships.




Follow company communication standards and maintain professionalism during calls.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Hindi and Bengali; basic English communication is preferred.
Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM, or computer applications.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Freshers can apply; prior telecalling/customer-support experience is an advantage.
