Byvin Overseas is looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective clients, respond to enquiries, and coordinate follow-ups for our visa processing services.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to incoming enquiries.
Explain the company’s services using accurate, approved information.
Understand client requirements and refer enquiries to the appropriate consultant.
Schedule consultations and follow up on appointments.
Maintain accurate call records, enquiry details, and follow-up updates.
Communicate politely and respect clients’ contact preferences.
Coordinate with the team to ensure enquiries are addressed promptly.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Fluent English and proficiency in at least one additional language:



Hindi or Malayalam.
Explicit telephone communication and positive listening skills.
Confidence, patience, and a positive approach to customer interaction.
Basic computer and data-entry skills.
Ability to organise follow-ups and maintain accurate records.

Additional Information
Three-month probation period.
Candidates from Wayanad district are preferred. Candidates from other districts who can arrange their own local accommodation are also welcome.
Food and accommodation are not provided.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
