ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated Tele Caller Executive to engage prospects, qualifying leads, and closing the leads. This role is ideal for someone who’s persuasive, organized, and thrives in a rapid-paced, target-driven setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, or services
Proactively contact prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and CRM tools
Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities
Present products/services clearly and confidently to customer needs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships




Manage the leads pipeline and track activity in the CRM
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Handle objections and negotiate pricing within guidelines
Follow up on quotes, proposals, and customer inquiries

KEY REQUIREMENT
6 Months to 4 years of work experience into core marketing field specially in a startup environment
Experience in SaaS or marketplaces etc
Exposure to international or multi-market growth
Startup or high-growth environment experience is preferred.
