Abhinav Exports is an export and manufacturing company with over 30 years of experience in creative paper-based products, including stationery, packaging, children’s activity products, games, DIY kits and crafts. We develop products for international buyers and retailers—from initial concept and design through manufacturing and final delivery.

The Role n

n

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience to join our design and product-development team.

n

n

The role involves:

n

n

n
Creating original concepts for stationery, packaging, children’s games, activity kits, DIY and craft products.
n
Developing products from concept and visualisation to production-ready artwork.
n
Creating dielines and preparing accurate files for offset printing and packaging production.
n
Designing skilled presentations, concept boards and buyer-facing design decks.
n
Working with CMYK and Pantone colours, print proofs and colour correction.
n
Understanding processes such as die-cutting, foiling, embossing, lamination, spot UV and screen printing.
n




Coordinating with product-development and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are practical and production-ready.
n
Using AI tools for ideation, visualisation and presentation development.
n

Candidate Requirements n

n

n
Minimum 2 years of relevant skilled experience.
n
Hands-on experience in a printing, packaging, export or paper-products manufacturing company is essential.
n
Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator; working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
n
Strong understanding of dielines, pre-press, offset printing and artwork specifications.
n
Knowledge of paper, board, GSM, grain direction and the complete print-production workflow.
n
Solid creativity, visual sense, presentation skills and attention to detail.
n
Ability to design commercially relevant products for international markets.
n

Experience in children’s products, toys, games, stationery, DIY, crafts, packaging or product design will be preferred.

n

n
