Artfills Online Learning Pvt. Ltd. is an online classical arts training platform offering Kathak and Hindustani Vocal courses. We are looking for enthusiastic Tele callers / Customer Support who can speak with students and parents and guide them about our courses.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to students/parents who enquire about courses
Explain course details in a simple and friendly manner
Follow up with leads and schedule demo sessions
Maintain daily calling records and update CRM
Achieve daily/weekly follow-up and calling targets
Work closely with the counselling and mentorship team
Required Skills
Good communication Skills
Experience in Tele calling, Telesales, Customer Support, Insurance Calling, Education Counsellor preferred
Ability to convince, communicate, and follow up
Comfortable with 60–80 calls/day
Basic computer skills
