Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills, communication, availability, location, and compensation expectations.
Verify candidate work authorization/visa status such as H1B, OPT/CPT, EAD, Green Card, and US Citizen.
Have a positive understanding of US staffing models including W2, C2C, C2H, and 1099.
Use Boolean search techniques to identify and engage qualified candidates.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
Positive knowledge of US IT technologies and job requirements.
Robust sourcing and Boolean search skills.
Knowledge of W2, C2C, C2H, and 1099.
Understanding of H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and USC work authorizations.
