Job Context: The role is responsible to communicate and update sales force including advisors on various contests by providing them online/off line contest status, rewards achieved, etc through effective and productive processes with accuracy and timeliness

Job Challenges: 1. Adhering to TAT and accuracy in computing tentative updates is time consuming and tedious task due to multiple system. For every update (Introduction/Completion) we have to map the FLS &
SLS code etc. from CMS system separately. One common system is not available for extracting the business details, tagging details, etc.
Manual and lengthy process which are time consuming and tedious.



Automation of processes through use of IT can improve TATS, accuracy & efficiency
