Make outbound calls to customers/candidates and explain company services.
Handle incoming calls and respond to queries professionally.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Generate leads and convert them into potential customers.
Maintain daily call records and update customer information.
Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales/HR team when required.
Requirements
Positive communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Hindi/Punjabi communication preferred.
Confident and positive attitude.
