Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end test automation initiatives using Tricentis Tosca.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and reusable components.
Define automation strategy, best practices, and testing standards across projects.
Analyze business and functional requirements to create robust automation solutions.
Manage and mentor automation engineers and QA team members.
Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and project stakeholders.
Review automated test scripts and ensure adherence to coding and quality standards.
Execute automated regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Monitor test execution results and analyze defects.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Prepare automation metrics, dashboards, and status reports for leadership.
Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and release validation activities.
