Operate the assigned sewing machine safely and efficiently.
Stitch garment components according to the approved sample, operation bulletin, and specifications.
Maintain required stitch quality, seam allowance, and garment measurements.
Check fabric and garment pieces before starting the operation.
Identify and report defects such as skip stitches, broken stitches, open seams, puckering, uneven stitching, and needle damage.
Maintain the required production target and hourly output.
Follow the correct sewing method and operation sequence.
Carry out basic machine cleaning and inform the Sewing Team Leader/Maintenance Team about machine problems.
Minimize fabric, thread, and other material wastage.




Segregate defective pieces and send them for necessary correction or rework.
Maintain positive housekeeping around the workstation.
Follow all safety, PPE, quality, and company procedures.
Coordinate with the Team Leader, Checker, and other operators to maintain smooth production flow.
Handle garments and materials carefully to prevent damage and contamination.
Attend required training and follow instructions provided by supervisors.
Perform any other production-related duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
