We are looking for a USA Telecaller to generate and qualify business leads for PCB manufacturing, PCB assembly, and electronic manufacturing services (EMS) in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US-based OEMs, electronics companies, and engineering firms.
Generate and qualify leads for PCB Fabrication, PCB Assembly, PCBA, and EMS services.
Identify customer requirements, project volumes, and sourcing needs.
Introduce company capabilities and schedule meetings with potential customers.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing business prospects.
Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with Sales and Engineering teams for RFQs and customer requirements.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
This is a USA Shifts Role Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
