Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 In-hand per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Travel: No travel required

We are hiring Tele Sales Associates to connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, provide relevant information, and generate sales through outbound calling.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain products and services clearly.
Understand customer requirements and answer queries.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain accurate customer and call records.
Generate leads and support the sales process.
Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.




Maintain qualified communication with customers.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Graduates are preferred.
6 months to 8 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, lead generation, counselling, or customer service.
Freshers may be considered based on relevant skills.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Robust convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Male and female candidates can apply.
Age: 18–32 years.

Salary & Benefits
₹16,000 – ₹25,000 In-hand per month
Performance-based incentives as applicable.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
