Job Description:

About the Role

It is a fashion house producing high-quality garments for international clients. We need a QC Head to own the entire quality process. You must be able to check both stitching and embroidery defects, train a team, and work constructively with production.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end quality control: fabric inspection through final dispatch
Check stitching, embroidery (hand and machine), measurements, finishing, labelling, and packing
Create order-wise QC protocols for unique orders with different specs
Build, train, and manage the checking team
Work with Production to balance quality and delivery constructively
Prepare QC reports: defect rates, types, corrective actions
Ensure audit readiness at all times

Must-Have Requirements
Fashion/textile institute degree (NIFT, IIHT, or equivalent)
7+ years in garment QC
Export QC experience: AQL, buyer audits
Ability to check stitching AND embroidery defects (hand + machine)
Experience with delicate fabrics
Team training and management experience

Nice to Have
Premium brand QC experience
