Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products and services, generating leads, and converting leads into sales through telephone calls.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain products, services, pricing, and offers clearly.

Generate and follow up on sales leads.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales.

Handle customer questions and provide appropriate information.

Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required.

Requirements





Positive communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic computer knowledge.

Previous telesales/telecalling experience is preferred.

Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
