We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Telecalling Executive to join our office team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to customers, explaining our products/services, following up with leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

This is a valuable prospect for candidates who have positive communication skills and are interested in developing their career in sales and customer support.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
Follow up with leads and interested customers.
Handle customer questions and provide appropriate information.
Maintain call records and update customer details.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.




Build positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the office/sales team when required.
Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements
Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
Willingness to learn and achieve targets.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
