Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate travel enquiries, follow up with leads, and support the sales team in converting enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally.
Understand customer travel requirements, budget, destination, and preferred travel dates.
Generate and qualify leads for domestic and international travel packages.
Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Share basic package information and coordinate with the sales team for detailed quotations.
Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and lead status.
Follow up consistently with interested customers to improve conversion.
Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams regarding customer requirements.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain a skilled and friendly relationship with customers.
Collect customer feedback and update the concerned team.
Stay updated about the company's travel packages, destinations, and offers.





Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
Positive Malayalam and English communication skills.
Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work with daily and monthly targets.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or the travel industry is an advantage.

Qualification
Plus Two / Diploma / Bachelor's degree.
Freshers with positive communication skills can apply.
Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, travel, or customer service are preferred.

Number of calls made and enquiries handled.
Qualified leads generated.
Follow-up completion rate.
Lead-to-enquiry / booking conversion.
Customer response and engagement.
Achievement of monthly targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
