Job Title: Telesales Executive – Real Estate (Plot Sales) Location: wakad Job Type: Full time Experience: Fresher / experience ( Both) Salary: Fixed + Incentives (based on performance) Job Summary:We are looking for a agile and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate team, specializing in plot sales . The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential buyers, explaining project details, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or leads.
Pitch and promote available residential/commercial plots as per company offerings. Understand client needs and recommend suitable plot options. Schedule and coordinate site visits with potential buyers.
Follow up consistently with interested leads to ensure closure.
