Job Purpose To teach Mathematics to middle and secondary school students, develop their analytical and problem-solving skills, and ensure effective learning through engaging teaching methods aligned with the school curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning
Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for assigned classes.
Follow the prescribed curriculum and academic calendar.
Use cutting-edge teaching methods to make mathematical concepts easy to understand.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids.
Encourage logical thinking and problem-solving abilities in students.
Student Assessment
Conduct regular assessments, tests, and examinations.
Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback to students.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and academic performance.
Identify students needing additional support and provide remedial classes if required.
Classroom Management
Maintain discipline and create a positive learning setting in the classroom.
Ensure active participation of all students during lessons.
Academic Administration
Maintain lesson plans, attendance records, and academic documentation.
Assist in preparing question papers, worksheets, and report cards.
Participate in school meetings, training programs,



and workshops.
Parent Communication
Interact with parents during PTMs to discuss student performance and progress.
Provide guidance to parents regarding academic improvement.
Co-Curricular & School Activities
Participate in school events, competitions, and academic programs.
Encourage students to take part in Mathematics related activities such as quizzes, Olympiads, and projects.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics (B.Sc / B.A with Mathematics).
B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) – Mandatory.
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a school preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per hour
