Job Objective To drive sales through effective customer calling, generate orders, follow up for payments, and maintain robust customer relationships while achieving assigned sales and collection targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make regular outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Generate sales leads and convert calls into confirmed orders.
Take orders from customers and ensure accurate order details are captured.
Follow up with customers for pending and outstanding payments.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers for repeat orders and business opportunities.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and payment collection targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, follow-ups and customer commitments in the CRM/Pulse system.
Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Logistics and Back Office teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues to the Team Leader when required.
Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, pending orders, payments and customer requirements.
Maintain qualified communication with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
Prepare and share daily/weekly calling,



sales and collection reports.
Identify inactive customers and potential business opportunities.
Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, discount and payment terms.
