Manager – FM/MM Transportation Operations

Working Days: 6 days working (weekly off as per roster)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Transportation Operations Manager to handle end-to-end FM/MM logistics operations, including vendor management, transportation planning, billing coordination, and overall performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete First Mile and Mid Mile transportation operations
Oversee vendor performance, onboarding, and coordination
Ensure smooth execution of client pickups and hub-to-hub movement
Track and improve OTIF, OTA, and OTD performance metrics
Handle transportation billing, invoice verification, and reconciliation
Optimize routes, cost efficiency, and operational processes
Manage escalations and ensure SLA compliance with clients and vendors
Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards for leadership review
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, finance, client servicing)

Required Skills




Solid experience in logistics/transport operations (FM/MM preferred)
Vendor management and negotiation skills
Solid understanding of billing and reconciliation processes
Robust analytical and problem-solving ability
Leadership and team management capability

Pay: ₹800,000.00 per year
