Candidate Requirements
3–7 years of experience in B2B Travel Sales / Travel Agency Sales / Visa Sales / Business Development.
Experience working with travel agents and travel agencies is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of the Indian travel-agent market.
Existing network of travel agents will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales and closing ability.
Ability to generate leads independently.
Good knowledge of international tourist and business visa products.
Comfortable with extensive calling, WhatsApp communication and field visits.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

The candidate will be evaluated primarily on business generated, including:
Number of recent B2B travel agents acquired
Number of active travel agents
Monthly visa applications received from B2B agents
Monthly revenue generated
Current B2B accounts opened
Agent conversion ratio
Repeat business from existing agents
Number of new agents contacted and meetings conducted

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
