Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. N
Execute the devised sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve revenue and market share objectives. N
Distribution and Channel Expansion: N
- Expand the distribution network by onboarding recent distributors and retailers. N
- Develop & maintain solid relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners. N
- Monitor market trendsand competitors;
provide feedback for growth. N
Utilize in-depth knowledge of the area's geography to optimize distribution networks and ensure effective market coverage. N
Implement strategies tolaunch new products and services in the area. N
Implement strategies togrow existing accounts and acquire new customers. N
Team management - Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team. N
Implement cost-effective strategies to achieve sales targets within budget constraints. N
Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, and providing regular reports on sales activity and performance to management. N




Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to customers. N

n n n Qualifications & Experience Required:

Experience: Minimum 12 years in field sales with at least 4 years in the personal care, beauty, or FMCG sector handling offline/general trade channels. N
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the personal & beauty care landscape including retail formats, consumer behavior, and seasonal trends. N
Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred). N
MBA/PGDM is a plus but not mandatory. N
Experienced in handlinglarge teams N
Territory knowledge mandatory N
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage field teams and drive performance in a competitive workplace. N
