Job Title: Real Estate Team Leader

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Team Leader to manage, mentor, and lead a team of real estate Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring excellent client service, and achieving business targets while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, training, and feedback
Assist team members in closing high-value deals and negotiations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business prospects
Handle escalations and resolve client issues effectively





Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
Proven experience (5+ years) in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
Robust knowledge of the real estate market and property transactions
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
