US IT / Non-IT Recruiter (Night Shift) — Onsite, Somajiguda, Hyderabad

About the Role

We are looking for experienced US IT and Non-IT Recruiters to join our team in Somajiguda, Hyderabad. This is a full-time, onsite night-shift role (US time zone) with quick-track growth, competitive pay, and strong performance-based incentives.

Roles & Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates across US IT and Non-IT profiles (technical, non-technical, contract and permanent)
Work on requirements from US clients end-to-end — sourcing, screening, submission, follow-up, and placement
Build solid Boolean search strings and source through LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and internal tools
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communication
Maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS and manage submission, interview, and onboarding trackers
Meet recruitment targets (submissions, submittals, interviews, and closures)

Skills & Requirements




1–5+ years of experience in US staffing and recruitment (night shift preferred)
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards
Strong written and verbal English communication
Ability to work in U.S. time zones from office ( onsite – Somajiguda )
Good understanding of US work requirements, work visas, and rate negotiations is a plus
Highly target-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
