Administer and manage Endpoint Detection & Response/XDR solutions, including Cortex XDR, endpoint security policies, alerts, and incident response support.
Perform threat hunting to proactively identify suspicious activities, attack patterns, indicators of compromise, and potential security threats.
Manage and support SIEM tools, including dashboard development, alert tuning, rule optimization, and security monitoring.
Provide Data Security and Encryption support, including DAM (Data Activity Monitoring) and Thales encryption/security solutions.
Provide Prisma Cloud support for cloud security monitoring, posture management, vulnerability identification, and security configuration.
Drive cybersecurity governance, security operations improvement, stakeholder coordination, compliance support, and continuous enhancement of SOC and security services.
