Role & responsibilities The candidate will handle full-cycle bookkeeping for our existing clients using QuickBooks Online, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, and chart of accounts maintenance. The role includes managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, processing payroll, and supporting basic tax-related work.
The candidate will follow our Maker-Checker quality control process and review their own work before submission
Preferred candidate profile
We are looking for a candidate with hands-on bookkeeping experience, robust working knowledge of QuickBooks Online, and familiarity with payroll processing and basic taxation. Valuable written and spoken English is required.
