We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for US-based clients.

Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and referrals.
Recruit RNs , Allied Health professionals, and other healthcare staff.
Screen candidates and assess qualifications, experience, licenses, and availability.
Coordinate interviews and follow up throughout the hiring process.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM.
Work toward daily/weekly recruitment and placement targets.
Coordinate with Account Management and Credentialing teams.

Requirements
1+ year of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment preferred.
Knowledge of US healthcare roles, licensing, and staffing processes.
Robust communication, sourcing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Willingness to work US/night shifts.
Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
