Work on profiles such as RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Health professionals, etc.
Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels to identify candidates.
Requirements:
12 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment/Staffing.
Positive understanding of US healthcare roles and recruitment processes.
Robust sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in the US shift/night shift.
