Job Summary The Trainee Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, screening, and engaging healthcare professionals for leading healthcare organizations across the United States. The role offers extensive training in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations, providing a strong foundation for a long-term career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

Preferred candidate profile Eligibility:

• B.Tech, B.Pharma, Biotechnology, Bio-Chemistry, BBA, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, Life Sciences and other Graduate/Postgraduate programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in US Night Shift timings
Strong learning attitude and qualified mindset
