Sourcing Expert Non IT

Location: Gurgaon (Taggd Office)

Reporting To: Sourcing COE Manager Non IT

Function: Talent Acquisition / RPO Delivery

Role Summary The Non IT Sourcing COE Recruiter will be part of Taggd’s centralized Sourcing Center of Excellence based at Gurgaon. The role focuses on building active and passive talent pipelines for Non IT hiring across industries such as Automobile, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, and other Non IT sectors, supporting frontend recruiters deployed at client locations.

Key Responsibilities
Source and build active and passive candidate pipelines for Non IT roles across multiple industries
Support frontend recruiters by delivering quality and interview?ready profiles
Leverage sourcing channels such as job portals (Naukri, etc.), internal databases, referrals, and talent mapping
Conduct initial candidate screening to assess role fit and interest
Maintain candidate data, sourcing trackers, and pipeline health




Ensure adherence to client delivery timelines and sourcing SLAs
Follow all internal processes, compliance, and data privacy guidelines

Experience & Skills
3–7 years of experience in Non IT sourcing or talent acquisition
Exposure to Automobile / Manufacturing / Engineering hiring preferred
Robust hands on experience with job portals, ATS, and sourcing tools
Valuable understanding of passive sourcing techniques
Solid communication, screening, and stakeholder coordination skills

Location Note
Role is fully based at Taggd’s Gurgaon office
Will work closely with the Sourcing COE Manager – Non IT and frontend recruitment teams at customer locations
