Key Responsibilities
Supervise and execute cartoning, labeling, blister/bottle packing, and serialization activities.
Ensure adherence to Batch Packing Records (BPR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Conduct and monitor in-process checks (IPC) during packing to maintain product quality.
Maintain accurate documentation as per cGMP, GDP, USFDA, MHRA, WHO-GMP standards.
Ensure proper reconciliation of printed and packing materials.
Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
Collaborate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Production teams for smooth packing operations.
Report deviations, incidents, and corrective actions promptly.




Ensure protected handling of packing materials and equipment.
Optimize manpower and machine utilization to meet packing schedules.

Qualifications
BSc/MSc/Diploma/B. Pharm / M. Pharm (mandatory).
Experience: Min 2 to 8 years in OSD manufacturing (tablets, capsules, granules).
Knowledge of regulated pharma environments and exposure to international audits preferred.

Skills & Competencies
Solid knowledge of pharma manufacturing processes (granulation, compression, coating).
Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to handle documentation, deviations, and CAPA.
Team coordination skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.
