Experience: 1- 6 years in retail branch banking.

Responsibilities Account Opening & Maintenance:-
Endtoend handling of account opening, maintenance, closure.
Verify documentation and ensure compliance.
Coordinate with NOC, Sales RMs, operations teams.

Transaction Handling
Scrutinize transaction-related documents as per checklist.
Handle customer queries before, during & after transactions.

Service & Quality
Ensure high service levels and process adherence.
Analyze customer queries and service reports.
Participate in recent system/product rollouts.
Coordinate with RMs to enhance customer satisfaction.

Audit & Compliance
Ensure adherence to process, regulatory, and audit guidelines.
Resolve audit findings promptly.

Other Responsibilities
Vendor coordination, branch upkeep, cost control.
Solid knowledge of retail banking processes.
