Chartered Accountant – Finance & Compliance

Location: Kolkata –
Experience: 2–3 Years Post Qualification

CTC: As per market standards

Job Summary

We are looking for a Qualified CA to independently manage the complete Accounts, Taxation, Legal & Compliance functions for a group comprising 5–6 NBFCs and 2–3 Real Estate companies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and accounts finalization for multiple group companies.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other taxation matters.
Manage ROC/MCA, statutory and regulatory compliance.
Handle/coordinate NBFC/RBI compliances.
Coordinate with auditors, CS, legal and tax consultants.
Support merger, company surrender/closure and restructuring activities.
Prepare financial statements,



MIS and other reports for management.
Ensure timely and accurate compliance across all group entities.

Candidate Profile
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years PQE.
Experience in NBFC / Financial Services / Real Estate / Group Companies preferred.
Robust hands-on experience in Accounting, Taxation, Compliance and Finalization.
Exposure to RBI, ROC/MCA and multiple-entity accounting preferred.
Merger/amalgamation or company closure experience will be an added advantage.
Should be able to work independently and manage multiple entities.
