Key Responsibilities

Production Operations
Supervise and execute processes such as granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling.
Ensure adherence to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Conduct and monitor in-process checks (IPC) to maintain product quality.
Maintain accurate production documentation as per regulatory guidelines.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, USFDA, MHRA, WHO-GMP standards.
Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
Collaborate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse teams for smooth production flow.
Report deviations, incidents, and corrective actions promptly.




Ensure secure working practices in the production area.
Optimize manpower and machine utilization to achieve production targets.

Qualifications
ITI/BSc/MSc/Diploma/B. Pharm / M. Pharm (mandatory).
Experience: Min 2 to 8 years in OSD manufacturing (tablets, capsules, granules).
Knowledge of regulated pharma environments and exposure to international audits preferred.

Skills & Competencies
Solid knowledge of pharma manufacturing processes (granulation, compression, coating).
Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to handle documentation, deviations, and CAPA.
Team coordination skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.
